The My Audibel app offers full control of your Intrigue AI hearing aids to help you hear and live better.

How to Set Up My Audibel 

Ready to get started with the My Audibel app? We’ll show you how to get set up and connected.

Apple 

  1. Download the My Audibel app from the App Store
    1. Open the App Store on your Apple iPhone
    2. Search for “My Audibel”
    3. Select “Get” to install the app to your device
  2. Pair your hearing aids to your device
    1. Open your phone’s settings menu and check that you have Bluetooth connectivity enabled
    2. Select “Accessibility” and then navigate to “Hearing Devices”
    3. Turn your hearing aids “Off” and then “On” to activate “Pairing mode”; your hearing aids should then appear under “MFI Hearing Devices”
    4. Select your hearing aids which will open a new dialog box to pair each hearing aid—left and right—individually
    5. You have now successfully paired your hearing aids to your Apple iPhone
  3. Connect your hearing aids to the My Audibel app
    1. Open the My Audibel app and select “Get started” to begin
    2. Review the Terms of Use, End User License Agreement and Privacy Policy; you must accept these terms and conditions to use the My Audibel app
    3. Connect your hearing aids by following the prompts:
      1. Ensure that your hearing aids are on and charged so the app can find them
      2. When the My Audibel app has successfully found and connected with your hearing aids, a “Congratulations” dialog box will appear
    4. Create your My Audibel account and sign in
      1. You must use a valid email address
      2. You should use a strong password that you can easily remember
    5. Follow the onboarding instructions
      1. You will be prompted to give the My Audibel app certain permissions to function properly
      2. The app will then walk you through key app features
    6. You have now successfully connected your hearing aids to the My Audibel app

If the app cannot find your hearing aids, first ensure that you have Bluetooth connectivity enabled, that your hearing aids are charged and that they are on. You may need to repeat Step 2 and pair your hearing aids to your smartphone again.

Android

  1. Download the My Audibel app from the Google Play Store
    1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android phone
    2. Search for “My Audibel”
    3. Select “Install” to install the app to your device
  2. Pair your hearing aids to your device
    1. Open your phone’s settings menu and check that you have Bluetooth connectivity enabled
    2. Select “Connected devices” and then “Pair new device”
    3. Turn your hearing aids “Off” and then “On” to activate “Pairing mode”; your hearing aids should then appear under “Available devices”
    4. Select your hearing aids which will open a new dialog box to pair each hearing aid—left and right—individually
    5. You have now successfully paired your hearing aids to your Android phone
  3. Connect your hearing aids to the My Audibel app
    1. Open the My Audibel app and select “Get started” to begin
